Welcome to Everyday Us! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (“Site”), services, and content. Everyday Us Living, including everydayusliving.com and go.everydayusliving.com, is operated by Everyday Us LLC. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Site.

2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use of the Site

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in unlawful activities, spam, or actions that disrupt the Site’s functionality.
  • Content Ownership: All content, including but not limited to articles, images, logos, and videos, is owned by Everyday Us LLC (Everyday Us Living) unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

  • If you submit comments, reviews, or other materials (“Content”) to the Site, you grant Everyday Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that Content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your Content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.

5. Product Recommendations and Reviews

  • Everyday Us may feature product reviews or affiliate links. These are based on our honest opinions, and we may receive compensation for purchases made through these links.
  • Always consult professionals or manufacturers for guidance before using any products mentioned on our Site.

5A. Digital Products: Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

These terms apply to digital products sold by Everyday Us LLC, including printable kits, planners, ebooks and bundles (“Products”). If they conflict with the rest of these Terms, this section controls for purchases.

What you are buying. Products are digital files, delivered as downloads. Nothing is shipped.

Delivery. After payment, you will get a receipt and a download link by email, and access on the order confirmation page. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at support@everydayusliving.com. If a file will not open or download, contact us and we will send a working copy.

License. Products are licensed to you, not sold. We keep ownership of them. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the Products for use inside your own household. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, post online, edit and republish, or use the Products for a group, class or business without our written permission. If you break these limits, we may end your license.

Copyright and credits. The Products are © Everyday Us Living. Some Products build on ideas from other authors, who are credited inside the Product. Those authors’ own materials are the full source, and we do not claim their work as ours.

Price, taxes and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by our checkout provider, and we do not see or store your full card number.

All sales final; fix-or-refund guarantee. Because Products are instant digital downloads that cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file is damaged, will not open or download, or is not what we described, email us at support@everydayusliving.com and we will send a working copy or refund you. If you were charged more than once by mistake, we will refund the extra charge.

Templates are family tools, not legal documents. Agreements, charts and templates in our Products are tools we use in our own family. They are not contracts drafted by a lawyer, they may not be enforceable, and they are not legal, financial, tax or insurance advice. If you need something different, or something enforceable, talk with an attorney.

Not professional advice; no guarantee of results. Our Products share one family’s experience. They are not medical, mental-health, counseling, legal, financial or safety advice. If there is serious conflict, a safety concern or abuse in your home, please contact a qualified professional. Examples describe our own family, and results vary. We do not guarantee any outcome.

Disclaimer of warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability. For purchases, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the Product, and the limits in Section 7 also apply. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Changes. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order. We suggest you save a copy of these terms and your receipt at the time of purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Site and its content are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • Everyday Us does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site’s content.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Everyday Us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

8. Third-Party Links

  • Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. Everyday Us is not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
  • Clicking on third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Privacy Policy Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
